To understand the past, present, and future of AI, I have often turned to research papers. However, reading and assimilating the learnings even from a single work is time-consuming. As one has limited bandwidth to spare for reading new articles, I have always felt the need for a research paper synopsis platform that will cover the key take-home messages and future opportunities in a structured manner.

Thus, I will be starting a blog series, "Byte-size Information to Chew on", which will provide synopses of papers in the fields of Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Multimodal Learning, Generative AI, and Affective Computing. I will be adding a new post every week!

Following is the list of articles published as part of this series:

  1. Multi-Attributed and Structured Text-to-Face Synthesis
  2. Intelligent Monitoring of Stress Induced by Water Deficiency in Plants Using Deep Learning
  3. VQ-GAN & Transformer — Taming Transformers for High-Resolution Image Synthesis: Synopsis
